# Rippling

## Initial Integration Set Up

In order to enable an integration with Rippling, you will need to complete an onboarding process. This process involves a review by Rippling for eligibility to beccome a Rippling partner. Finch will submit the application on your behalf and keep you updated. Please note that employers need to have the [Identity & Access Management package](https://rippling.stoplight.io/docs/rippling-api/vxklq99t1i3xx-partner-requirements#req1-all-partner-integrations-are-built-through-the-rippling-app-shop-and-require-customers-to-have-the-rippling-identity--access-management-package) for Finch to retrieve data from Rippling.
